The Role:
Our Victorian government client is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide comprehensive Level 1-3 support for an M365 tenant merger, along with related back-office applications. The role involves the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server 2016, ADFS, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-level, proactive, and responsive technical support, guidance, and issue resolution for Level 2 and Level 3 incidents and service requests
- Perform comprehensive technical administration, maintenance, and monitoring of VICSES network infrastructure and line-of-business (front-end) systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including network diagrams, procedures, and audit records.
- Deliver customer service desk support (Level 1 and above) as required to ensure timely and effective resolution of tickets.
You will have:
- 3+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering – Must have strong M365 experience
- A good understanding of Microsoft, iOS and Citrix platforms
- Experience in 1st to 3rd level support of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office and related back-office applications, specifically related to the administration of MS Azure network, Windows Server 2016, ADSF, AD, Exchange and O365.
- Must have a valid drivers license
