The Assistant Director will use their experience in early learning to support the Centre Director and centre team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of a high-quality early learning program
* Collaborate with the Centre Director to establish clear goals and objectives
* Conduct regular coaching sessions to support the growth and development of team members
* Develop and implement effective strategies for continuous improvement
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Proven ability to develop and implement high-quality early learning programs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
