We’re currently looking for two new team members to join our Front Office as Guest Service Officers – Concierge: 1 x Casual role 1 x Part-Time role About the Role As a Concierge, you will: Provide a warm welcome, assist with check-in/check-out, and ensure a seamless guest journey. Be the go-to person for guest enquiries, recommendations, and special requests. Assist with bookings for dining, tours, and transport. Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the reception and concierge areas. Support guest services including luggage assistance, meeting room coordination, and property tours. Uphold safety, security, and Residence brand standards at all times. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years’ experience in front office, concierge, or customer service. A passion for hospitality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability and a proactive, guest-focused mindset. Professional presentation and commitment to service excellence. A valid driver’s licence (advantageous). Qualifications Hospitality or customer service-related education preferred.
