Your Role
* Diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards.
* Perform services and warranty work following Mazda guidelines.
* Ensure every job is done right the first time – Fix It Right First Time.
* Maintain cleanliness and care for customer vehicles.
* Mentor apprentice technicians when required.
* Achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
What We're Looking For
* Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
* Current C class driver's licence.
* Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills across engines, drivetrains, chassis, and electrical systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Mazda or dealership experience is an advantage.
* Enthusiastic, honest, and committed to excellence.
