We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our community aged care programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation across our services.
This is a pivotal leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will work closely with our leadership team to deliver education and professional development, oversee documentation and policy reviews, and represent our services in governance forums.
* Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
* Lead quality audits and assurance programs to identify risks and implement effective controls and improvement strategies.
* Provide advanced clinical support for complex matters and serious incidents.
* Collaborate with our leadership team to deliver education and professional development programs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
* APHRA registration as a Nurse or Allied Health professional.
* 3-5 years' experience in community aged care.
* High-level communication, digital literacy, and initiative.
