Responsibilities
* Manage MAC (motor accident injury) claims from inception to finalisation.
* Maintain a focus on strategic collaboration and case management at all times to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.
* Make key liability decisions.
* Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.
