* Proven experience as a bricklayer (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Competency in bricklaying techniques and construction practices
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
* Driver's licence and own transport – preferred
