On Track Recruitment Solutions is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with at least 2 years' experience in civil recruitment to join our team in Osborne Park.
As part of our recruitment and mobilisation team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting exceptional candidates for civil and related blue-collar projects throughout Western Australia.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining active candidate pools
* Writing and posting job ads
* Conducting thorough interviews
* Selecting the best-fit candidates
* Performing reference checks
* Regularly checking in with clients and candidates
* Conducting site visits
What were looking for:
* Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the Civil sector
* Strong communication skills – in person, over the phone, and via email
* Organised, proactive, and confident managing your own desk
* A genuine team player who contributes to and values a supportive work environment.
* A current driver's licence for convenient mobility
What we offer:
* Permanent full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm
