* $180K+ OTE (60% of average $300K billings)
* Mixed billing caseload (Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, private and more)

The Opportunity
You'll work inside a high-traffic Norwood practice with strong local reputation and consistent patient demand. The caseload is varied and includes:
* Musculoskeletal presentations
* Medicare/EPC referrals
* DVA and compensable streams
* General private patients
* Shared-care opportunities with allied health
This role suits a physiotherapist who:
* Is confident clinically and commercially
* Enjoys working within mixed billing environments
* Builds strong GP referral relationships
* Is comfortable managing a full diary
* Wants performance-based earnings rather than a salary ceiling
Must Have
* 2+ years physiotherapy experience
* Confidence managing varied MSK caseloads
* AHPRA registration
* Comfort with percentage-based remuneration
* Strong patient communication and retention ability
Nice to Have
* Experience in GP-integrated environments
* Exposure to Medicare-heavy workflows
* Experience across DVA or WorkCover
* Interest in mentoring or commercial growth
