Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the sales strategy and growth of our caravan business in NSW.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of relationships with original equipment manufacturers, distributors, service centres, and aftermarket channels. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, expanding existing accounts, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategically manage key account relationships with OEMs, prioritizing regular meetings at C-suite, procurement, and operational levels.
2. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
3. Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
4. Develop and implement sales plans to target new clients and expand existing accounts.
5. Organize and participate in industry events, product demonstrations, and open days to build brand awareness and drive sales.
6. Prepare detailed sales reports and track relevant KPIs to measure performance.

* Experience in selling technical products to the caravan manufacturing market, with a proven track record of success.
