Job Overview
The Delivery Manager plays a key role in ensuring consistent and timely delivery of operational and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Implement significant and complex improvements across the client base.
Develop and implement processes focused on achieving business-wide improvements to cost and delivery of administrative processes and client services.
Create an environment where employees are encouraged to develop and progress.
Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee the timely resolution of operational issues.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have prior experience in a leadership or management position with a drive for continuous improvement.
A trade qualification would be beneficial.
Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Experience creating and delivering reports.
Leadership experience is essential.
A "can do" attitude.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multi-task through effective use of systems and tools.
Well-rounded Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to pass a background check.
