This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, industry-leading organisation and become part of a dedicated and dynamic team. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and diligent Customer Service and Administration professional.
About you:
* You are notexpected to have previous automotive experience; however, you must be eager to learn. We hire for attitude, then train for skills.
* Be professional, ambitious, confident and have high levels of self-motivation and drive.
* Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking and analytical skills.
* Have a high level of personal presentation, excellent people skills and an innate ability to be intuitive to client's needs.
* Proactive, organised, and responsible with a demonstrated ability to work well with a team.
* A willingness to attend brand training programs.
* Demonstrated computer skills and adept oral/written communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls and taking bookings.
* Following up online enquiries.
* General filing and administration tasks.
* Broad service department knowledge with the ability to support and cover colleagues during leave.
* Keep up to date with manufacturer requirements.
