About the Position
We are seeking skilled Security Officers to provide patient care and maintain a secure environment in our Health Unit.
Key Responsibilities
* Support patient well-being while ensuring a safe working environment.
* Utilize de-escalation techniques when interacting with challenging clients.
* Maintain adherence to established policies and safety standards.
* Operate relevant equipment and systems, including Microsoft 365, to facilitate daily operations.
Essential Qualifications
* Holding a current South Australian Security Agent Licence.
* Prior experience in security, particularly in high-pressure environments.
* Able to de-escalate conflict and manage aggressive behaviors effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 software.
* Demonstrated sound judgment and initiative in decision-making processes.
