One of Australia's reputable Federal Government Departments is looking to engage with a **Business Support / HR Generalist** to join their team. The successful** Business Support / HR Generalist** will work closely with the Senior Officer and will be responsible for a wide range of activities associated with business support, finance, contract administration, procurement, logístical and administrative services. The successful **Business Support / HR Generalist** will secure an **initial 6 month contract plus extension options **and **a rewarding hourly rate.**
The successful **Business Support / HR Generalist** will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Deliver invoice and purchase order processing.
- Manage the administration of contracts including maintaining accurate records and providing reports and analysis on divisional contracts to management upon request.
- Provide administrative support, information management and project assistance across the division.
- Provide compliance advice to management and staff with regards to the department's travel, credit card, financial, procurement and contract management policies.
The successful **Business Support / HR Generalist** will need to meet the following criteria:
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, along with excellent organisational and time management skills with an unwavering attention to detail;
- Proven experience develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
