We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead our NSW sales operation, leveraging commercial acumen and leadership expertise to drive revenue growth.
This senior leadership role involves full accountability for state performance, team leadership, branch management, and strategic execution in a dynamic industry.
The Key Responsibilities
* Drive customer service excellence across sales branches
* Lead and motivate internal and external sales teams
* Execute regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimise sales volume and pricing
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue and margin
* Ensure operational compliance with company policies
* Collaborate with Marketing to deliver targeted sales initiatives
* Manage credit risk and balance supply and customer demand
* Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing talent
About You
* You bring proven leadership and commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering results in the electronic security or electrical industry.
* You'll demonstrate:
