What we're looking for:
A natural people-person with solid retail sales experience
Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail
Growth-minded and motivated by personal development
Comfortable following systems and thriving in a structured, efficient team environment
An interest in cameras or photography is a big plus — and we're happy to teach you if you're keen to learn
Willing to work in our photo lab, including scanning, printing, and photo development (full training provided)
Your role will include:
• Helping customers find the right camera gear and accessories for their needs
• Helping customers determine the best way to display their photos and helping them print their photos from their phone
• Capturing passport photos
• Following our proven sales process to deliver consistent results
• Running the lab: scanning film, printing orders, and assisting with photo development
• Managing customer orders, warranties, and follow-ups
• Supporting the team with merchandising and stock management
• Contributing to a positive and professional store environment
• Managing, quoting and liaising with customers regarding their camera repairs
Why work with us?
We're a proudly independent business, part of the Camera House family, and we genuinely care about our team. You'll be joining a high-performing environment where your work is valued, and your growth is supported.
