About the Role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and serving patient meals, maintaining food hygiene and safety standards, and working collaboratively with the broader team to ensure seamless hospital operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in a kitchen or hospital environment (not essential)
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
* Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and Workplace Health and Safety
* Certificate II or Certificate III in Hospitality (desirable)
