About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the Office of the Vice Chancellor plays a critical role in supporting the Vice-Chancellor in leading managerial and strategic operations. The office coordinates executive functions, stakeholder engagement, and initiatives that drive the university's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the Vice-Chancellor and other senior leaders
* Coordinating executive functions, including meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
* Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or support role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
