Role
All Round Plant Operator for the Spray Seal crew based in Hazelmere. The role involves operating various machines and equipment to apply chip seal, asphalt and other materials to produce spray seal road surfacing applications.
This position will suit candidates looking to grow within the industry who are enthusiastic, have a keen attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
* Operate various machines and equipment to apply chip seal, asphalt and other materials for spray seal road surfacing.
Qualifications and Skills
* Hold a current MC licence.
* Have relevant industry cards, e.g. Construction Induction Card.
* A positive attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Possess a strong commitment to safety.
* Enjoy an outdoor working environment.
* Have licences on various mobile plant.
* Be available for overtime, weekends and to work away from home on rosters as required for projects.
* Previous experience in the industry (advantageous).
