Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Perioperative Services Managers and Shift Leaders to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
* Work independently and as part of a team to maintain excellent patient outcomes.
* Participate in an on-call roster system and work across various surgical specialties.
Essential Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' scrub nursing experience with proven ability to work autonomously.
* Experience or interest in robotic surgical procedures (general, gynaecology, orthopaedics) highly regarded.
* Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and delivering outstanding care.

About You
You will hold relevant qualifications, registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, and a minimum of 1 year's experience as a Scrub Nurse.
