Key outcomes/Accountabilities
**The aim of this role is to**:
- Provide assistance and administrative support to a team of inspectors
- Undertake a range of administrative duties using modern office technology including:
- Drafting and reviewing written correspondence
- Arranging and engaging external specialists
- Maintaining the information held in QBCC's database including ongoing review
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
- Sending physical mail to external customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff of the commission and external customers

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise while demonstrating attention to detail
- Process, use and gather information contained within computerised knowledge bases and other data
- Ability to use multiple software programs, including sound skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Achieve team goals through participation as a member of a team
- Use of effective communication and interpersonal skills in the workplace, including sound written communication skills
