VPS Grade 6: $138,631 - $185,518 plus superannuation.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate high-level projects across multiple critical portfolios relating to the responsibilities of the Commissioner and the CV Executive.
Provide high-quality, authoritative and strategic advice on complex and sensitive correctional issues.
Prepare high-level briefing papers, complex correspondence and proposals on time-pressured environments for the Commissioner, senior Departmental personnel, and Government.
Coordinate corporate functions and drive high-level operational and strategic projects across the organisation.

Operating in a complex, fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Senior Project Manager demonstrates flexibility, sound judgement, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent organisational skills are essential.

Provide strategic advice to the Commissioner on complex correctional issues.
Manage and coordinate high-level projects across multiple critical portfolios, including workforce planning.
Prepare briefing papers, correspondence and proposals for senior leadership and government.
About You
Sound knowledge of Victorian government administrative processes.
Proven experience producing clear, concise and well-structured written documents for diverse audiences.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, able to interpret complex information and develop evidence-based insights.
Experience delivering projects by planning and coordinating activities, meeting deadlines, and working with stakeholders.
Qualifications
A tertiary qualification in public policy, political science, economics or a related discipline (highly regarded).
