About the Role

* Drafting environmental deliverables such as planning advice, environmental impact assessments, and management plans.

* Collaborating with technical specialists, subcontractors, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team.

* Client engagement—working closely with clients to meet project expectations.

* Project management—delivering projects on time and within budget, supporting business development through proposals.

Your Key Responsibilities
">

* Providing sound environmental advice to clients and stakeholders.
">
* Preparing environmental impact assessments (SEEs, REFs, EISs) and management plans (CEMPs) to support planning approvals.
">
* Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
">
* Managing project risks, budgets, and quality assurance.
">
* Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and company policies.
">

About You
">
">
* A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in environmental planning and assessment.
">
* A tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Planning, or a related field.
">
* Excellent writing skills, particularly the ability to summarize technical information clearly.
">
* Working knowledge of NSW environmental legislation.
">
* Proven ability to manage projects under tight deadlines.
">
* Self-motivated with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
