We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and direct a team of kitchen employees.
 * Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and ingredients based on demand
 * Supervise kitchen staff and organize food orders
 * Oversight of food preparation and cooking processes
 * Train and develop kitchen employees in designated stations
 * Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular assessments
 * Collaborate with the restaurant management to price and update menu items
 * Coordinate work schedules for kitchen staff
 * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
 * Prepare and present weekly and monthly cost reports
