Key Responsibilities

Reconcile payroll payments and identify discrepancies in employee pay data using business rules and enterprise agreement components.

* Validate calculations against business instruments and provide support to employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Extensive experience in payroll compliance and complex reconciliation activities.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and applying systems thinking.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms.
