IT Support Analyst
Job Overview:
We seek a dedicated and skilled professional to provide exceptional support services for our clients. As a key member of the corporate office, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch end-user assistance and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly research, resolve, and respond to client requests, ensuring high-quality service and meeting or exceeding expectations.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot computing issues, from analysis to testing and follow-up.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to process support requests, incidents, and project activities.
* Assist with triage and escalation of server, system, or network issues.
* Manage accurate inventory of equipment.
* Provide hands-on and remote support for teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment.

Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
* Experience setting up, taking down, and relocating PC systems.
* 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
* 1+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
* 1+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP).
* 1+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment.
