Role Description
The Senior Planner is a key technical role within the business, responsible for delivering high-quality project outcomes, extending technical expertise, and strengthening client relationships. The Senior Planner will take ownership of projects, support the development of junior staff, and contribute to business success through both technical delivery and client engagement.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Lead project tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Apply strong technical knowledge to solve problems and provide expert advice
* Build and maintain relationships with clients
* Identify opportunities for new work and contribute to business development efforts
* Guide and support junior staff, helping to develop their technical and professional skills.
