Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor
* Promote local experiences and support slow, regenerative tourism
* Manage administration, stock control, and retail presentation
* Provide accurate and current information to visitors
Requirements
* Minimum three years' experience in the tourism industry
* Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment
* Demonstrated experience in a retail environment, with a strong focus on merchandising
* Understanding of the Surf Coast region and its key tourism products
* Current Victorian driver's license
* Working With Children Check
