About the Role
We're currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Estimator/ Insurance Loss Adjuster to join our quality driven team.
This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday – no weekends), offering job security and the chance to work in a supportive team environment with all the latest tools and technology.
If you've worked as an Estimator or come from the workshop floor with quoting experience – we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-level customer service to clients and work providers.
* Accurately quote vehicle repairs in line with company/insurer guidelines and targets.
* Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required.
* Conduct vehicle arrival inspections, including damage mapping and imaging.
* Manage parts procurement for repairs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely authorisation of additional repairs.
* Ensure all repairs meet pre-accident condition standards.
* Deliver completed vehicles back to customers with care and professionalism.

* Experience in collision repair or estimating (essential).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
