The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen safety standards, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen. · Preparing for service, which includes ensuring the kitchen is well stocked with the necessary ingredients, as well as cleaning, cutting and marinating food
· Cooking and serving food, while coordinating with other kitchen staff and wait staff
· Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen
· Creating current dishes and planning menus
· Ensuring that dishes meet high standards at all stages of preparation and presentation
· Hiring and training junior chefs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,515.00 – $80,000.00 per year
