Job Overview
As a Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading our welcoming team at the Sydney International First Class Lounge. Your primary objective is to provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service supervision, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership Role: Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional food & beverage service to all guests.
* Front-of-House Operations: Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring high-quality service standards are consistently met.
* Daily Running Sheet: Complete the Daily Running Sheet and communicate effectively across all lounge areas.
* HR Matters: Report staff sickness, absences, punctuality, and other HR matters to the Lounge and T&C Manager.
* Complaint Handling: Handle verbal complaints and escalate to the Lounge Manager when necessary.
* Communication: Maintain clear communication with your front-of-house team, kitchen, and management.
* Food Hygiene: Uphold food hygiene and presentation standards in accordance with council/legislative regulations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* The ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
* A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
* A Federal Police Clearance.
* Australian working rights.
