Your new role
Our Service Receptionists are one of the first points of contact for our service customers over the phone and in our dealerships. In this role, you'll demonstrate your friendly, enthusiastic and professional demeanour to take service bookings and provide customer service support in a timely and accurate manner. You'll use your attention to detail and self-starting nature to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in a busy, yet rewarding role.
What you'll be doing
* Attending to phone calls and resolving enquiries in a professional manner
* Accurately processing service bookings in the system
* Submitting special purchase orders in collaboration with the service department
* Supporting other admin activities and data entry as required
About you
Your success in this role will be supported by:
* Prior experience in admin, reception and/or customer service roles
* A customer-first mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong ability to organise and manage time in a busy environment
* Exceptional attention to detail, admin skills, and general computer proficiency
