**Administration Trainee Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Administration Trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance administration, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
About the Role
This full-time, 12-month traineeship offers the opportunity to:
* Gain hands-on experience in finance administration, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
* Support with data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and record-keeping
* Assist with general administrative duties in a not-for-profit finance environment
* Learn industry software and systems (e.g. Xero, Employment Hero)
* Work as part of a collaborative, friendly team
* Complete a Certificate III or IV in Business or Accounts Administration (with dedicated time during work hours to study)
This is an excellent entry point for someone passionate about finance and administration, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in the sector.
