Are you an experienced Claims Specialist within the building insurance sector who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Our client is a respected and rapidly growing insurance builder based in Docklands. With established systems, strong insurer relationships and a collaborative internal culture, they’re seeking a confident claims professional who can take ownership of their portfolio and drive outcomes. You will be responsible for: Managing end-to-end building insurance claims within the Prime system Assessing, triaging and allocating claims based on urgency and complexity Coordinating Estimators, Supervisors and contractors for emergency and priority works Liaising with specialist reporting contractors and monitoring performance/KPIs Acting as the key point of contact for insurers and policyholders Ensuring compliance with contractual and service level obligations Processing variations, invoices and claim documentation Proactively resolving issues to keep claims progressing efficiently About You: Proven experience in building insurance claims (essential) Strong understanding of insurance builder processes and timeframes Confident managing high-volume claims with competing priorities Clear communicator who can manage stakeholders professionally Systems-savvy and comfortable working across multiple platforms Solutions-focused, proactive and calm under pressure If you're currently working within an insurance builder or managing building-related claims and are ready for a role where you can truly own your portfolio, Apply now or contact Gabi Staniute on 0401 905 585 - gabi@introrecruitment.com.au for a confidential discussion.
