Casual Chef
Seeking a dynamic and talented casual chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a commercial kitchen and possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes across various kitchen sections. The successful candidate will follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality, maintain cleanliness and organisation of their work area, adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, monitor stock levels, and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
