Assistant Property Valuer – Commercial Valuations
Location: Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Job Classification
Full-time, 2024 or 2025 property graduate.
Opportunity
* Work with our specialist Commercial valuations team towards CPV certification.
* Collaborate with Directors in the commercial valuations business.
* Be involved in all facets of the valuation and consultancy process: preliminary work, property inspections, client marketing, compiling valuation data, sales/leasing analysis, preparing quality valuation reports and advice.
* Engage with a range of commercial assets for clients including major institutions, banks, corporates, and developers.
* Gain hands‐on experience and progress towards Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status.

Requirements
* 2024 or 2025 property graduate eager to pursue CPV registration.
* Curiosity and analytical thinking with a proactive, positive approach.
* Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills; ability to learn new systems.
* Strong work ethic and desire to advance a career in fast‐paced property valuations.
