Vocational Training Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vocational Training Coordinator to lead, manage and plan all aspects of our school's Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs.
The successful candidate will maintain and establish partnerships with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), businesses and other organisations to broaden opportunities for students. They will also provide curriculum leadership in VET and work collaboratively with the Executive Team and Senior School Team to achieve positive student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining and establishing partnerships with RTOs, businesses and other organisations to broaden opportunities for students.
2. Providing curriculum leadership in VET and working collaboratively with the Executive Team and Senior School Team to achieve positive student outcomes.
3. Managing and overseeing workplace learning and ensuring effective delivery of VET and career pathways.
Requirements:
* Recent experience leading staff within a VET team.
* Highly organised, solution-focused communication skills and the ability to contribute to the entire school community.
* Strong interpersonal skills, innovative thinking and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated capacity to manage physical and financial resources, and to provide effective leadership in diverse educational settings.
