Property Sales Representative
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Sales Representative to manage the end-to-end sales process from listing to settlement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating and closing deals with confidence and integrity, and conducting open homes, property appraisals, and private inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
* Negotiate and close deals with confidence and expertise
* Conduct in-depth property evaluations and facilitate private inspections
Requirements:
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence in NSW
* Proven track record in residential property sales
* Extensive knowledge of the local property market
