Occupational Therapist Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our multi-disciplinary team as an Occupational Therapist. The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with our experienced therapists and other professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including their homes and community locations.
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
* Provide education and training to clients and their families on techniques and strategies to enhance daily living skills and promote independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess relevant undergraduate and/or postgraduate qualifications in Occupational Therapy, registration with Ahpra, a current Class C Driver's Licence, a current NSW Working with Children Check, and an NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain before employment).
