Workforce Intelligence Consultant
, on a contract basis within the Defence sector. The role is based in
Canberra, ACT
. This is a SHORT-TERM contract for a
4.5 month period
.
Start: circa 16 February 2026
DSS Skill Set: Level 3 - Workforce Intelligence
The Workforce Intelligence Consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
* Developing and implementing project and workforce plans to support the AUKUS IPO establishment;
* Developing placement and posting pathways and support mechanisms for inbound and outbound personnel;
* Developing frameworks and documentation to enable governance, reporting, and performance monitoring;
* Supporting knowledge management and transfer concept development;
* Developing placemats and dashboards for real-time visibility of the international placement program.
Minimum mandatory requirements:
* AGSVA Security clearance.
* Defence experience.
* Expertise in project management, strategic communication, strategic planning, workforce intelligence, market analysis and data modelling.
