The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and energetic Store Manager to continue the success of our clients latest Geraldton store.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team.
Foster a positive, customer-focused store culture aligned with company values.
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members for ongoing success.
Oversee merchandising, stock control, and visual presentation.
Use reporting tools to monitor and improve store performance and KPIs.
Manage rosters to balance customer needs, budget targets, and team wellbeing.
Maintain operational compliance and uphold safety standards.

Proven retail management experience, ideally leading teams of 10+.
