**About the role**

We are offering the opportunity to train Aboriginal people as mental health professionals in WNSWLHD mental health services to support the needs of Aboriginal communities across New South Wales.

This three-year program is made up of three core elements:

- Workplace Training and Support
- Undertaking a recognised University degree
- Undertaking mandatory Clinical Placements (and potential workplace rotations)

You will train and work within both inpatient and outpatient mental health drug and alcohol settings in Bathurst supporting consumers across the age range. You will work within a multidisciplinary team as well as the wider Aboriginal workforce and MHDA teams and be linked with a supervisor and mentor.
