As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
* Be the go‐to tech expert: Stay up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Achieve and excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.
* Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

* Customer‐facing experience – previous experience is a plus but not required.
Salary & Benefits
* Hourly rate: $33.33 per hour (junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age).
* Penalty rates: +25% for weekday hours after 6PM, +25% for Saturday, +100% for Sunday, +150% for public holidays.
