We're looking for a Part-Time Marketing & Content Lead to help us communicate that clearly and consistently as we launch and grow.
About the role
This role exists to support our two studios to:
* Attract the right people
* Explain why we're different
* Support growth through smart, intentional content
You'll work across two brands:
* Squad Performance — performance, standards, goal-driven training
* Ocean Grove BFT — coaching, consistency, confidence, community
Different tones. Same high standards.
What you'll be responsible for
* Planning, creating, and publishing content for Instagram (posts, reels, carousels, stories)
* Supporting launch campaigns (Squad Performance)
* Writing clear, on-brand copy (social, landing pages, emails, meta)
* Support the organic growth of our studios through content
* Coordinating content with coaches and owners
* Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
* Understanding what content drives enquiries — not just engagement
* Develop a deep understanding of our core avatars so you can effectively speak to them through our content
* Amplifying our voice and increasing our impact
What this role is NOT
This role is not for someone who:
* Just wants to "run socials"
* Is chasing influencer or trend-based marketing
* Doesn't like talking to people, wants to hide behind a phone or computer
* Needs constant direction
We treat marketing like performance — with intent and standards.

* Is confident filming content or directing it

* Is organised, proactive, and reliable
Experience in fitness, sport, or performance environments is a bonus, not a requirement.
Hours & structure
* Part-time role (approx. 10–15 hours per week to start)
* Flexible schedule
* On-site presence required for filming
