About the Role
As Dealer Network Manager, you'll lead and expand a network of authorised dealers across Australia, driving both commercial success and clinical excellence. You can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Duties
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners (resellers and distributors) for wheelchairs and assistive technology across Australia, act as the primary point of contact.
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers in strategic markets.
* Negotiate commercial agreements and set performance standards.
* Coordinate and deliver clinical and product training to dealer partners.
* Monitor performance, provide coaching, and enable sales growth.
* Align dealer activity with marketing campaigns and product launches.
* Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years in dealer distribution/account management.
* Experience in rehabilitation equipment preferred; similar medical devices also considered.
* Experience in clinical sales environments.
* Proven success in building and scaling dealer networks.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
* Willingness to travel domestically.
