All Communication Matters Speech Pathology is a privately owned practice established in 2005. The team consists of Management, Speech Pathologists (clinician team) and Client Liaison Officers (administration team). We have two clinic locations, Hornsby and Erina with Hornsby being our primary location. Our clinical team splits their week between a clinic location and school and preschool sites. Our administration team are based at our Hornsby office and provide support to both offices.
About You
Essential
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
* Eligibility for or current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
* Current Working With Children Check (NSW).
* National Police Check.
Desirable
* Additional training or certifications in relevant clinical areas.
* Experience or interest in telehealth service delivery.
Position Summary
The Speech Pathologist at All Communication Matters (ACM) delivers high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services to clients across the lifespan in a private practice setting. This role is grounded in ethical, professional and empathetic care, with a strong focus on collaboration, flexibility and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients and families.

Job Responsibility
Clinical Service Delivery
* Conduct comprehensive assessments across speech, language, communication, fluency, literacy and social communication.
* Develop, implement and review individualised, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with client goals.
* Deliver therapy across clinic, school, community and telehealth settings.
* Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as required.
* Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation in line with ACM policies and professional standards.
Client and Family Engagement
* Build positive, respectful and trusting relationships with clients, families and carers.
* Communicate with empathy, clarity and professionalism.
* Educate and empower families to support therapy goals in everyday environments.
* Respond to enquiries, concerns and feedback in a friendly and solution-focused manner.
Collaboration and Teamwork
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client outcomes.
* Participate in team meetings, supervision and case discussions.
* Liaise effectively with educators, allied health professionals and other stakeholders.
