A brilliant opportunity to utilise your superior customer service skills and high level of professionalism within a prestigious vehicle dealership to manage both service and sales customers.
The core responsibilities of the role will include but won’t be limited to the following:
1. Answering Service and Sales calls and managing them accordingly
2. Processing telephone bookings, creating job cards, and arranging loan cars
3. Greeting, directing and announcing sales and service customers on the Showroom floor
4. Ensuring that the showroom and other areas are kept clean and tidy for the clients
5. Updating and responding to clients via face to face, phone, or email communication
6. Undertaking various administration duties
About you!
You pride yourself on your professionalism and excellent customer service skills and are looking for a permanent opportunity. You will also have the following:
1. Professional and friendly demeanor
2. Ideally you will have experience in a dealership or have mechanical knowledge, however not essential
3. Great time management skills and can effectively prioritise tasks
4. Sound written and verbal communication skills
5. Professional presentation
