About This Caretaking Role
This role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences, overseeing front office administration, maintaining grounds and gardens, conducting maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities, ensuring safety and brand standards compliance, and performing daily park operational tasks including after-hours/on-call cover.
* Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences: Foster a culture of hospitality by consistently providing high-quality service to our guests.
* Front Office Administration: Ensure seamless communication between departments and provide administrative support as needed.
* Maintenance of Grounds and Gardens: Maintain the beauty and integrity of our park's grounds and gardens.
* Maintenance Tasks Across All Park Assets and Facilities: Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of all park assets and facilities.
* Compliance with Safety and Brand Standards: Ensure that all safety and brand standards are met at all times.
* Daily Park Operational Tasks: Perform daily tasks including after-hours/on-call cover.
