With a portfolio of strata buildings covering both residential and commercial properties the primary focus of Trainee Strata Manager will be to assist Strata Managers manage a portfolio of strata plans within the business whilst undertaking training to become a Strat Manager. This position will also act as Strata Manager for limited buildings at some time. Resource support is to be provided in managing repairs and maintenance, fire safety compliance, levy management and debt recovery.
**Key Requirements**
- Assist with overall management of a portfolio, including and not limited to including obtaining quotes, sending correspondence, general accounting, budgeting, attending and chairing meetings, contract management and communicating with all stakeholders.
- Preparation of body corporate and sub-committee meeting notices, minutes and other documentation.
- Liaising with various groups such as Strata Committee members, owners, real estate agents, solicitors, contractors and any other relevant body to assist with queries, requests and conflict resolution, to ensure relations are professionally maintained for every owner's corporation.
- Provide advice (where appropriate or directed by the Strata Manager) and service to clients based on accurate analysis of a wide range of real and perceived concerns about property and other issues.
- Availability and eagerness to attend meetings with your allocated Strata Managers regularly.
- Build and maintain business relationships with clients and suppliers through customer focus that will enhance the reputation of the organization.
