* Preparing unique menus with high quality and attention to detail;
* Maintaining levels of stock and inventory in our food preparation areas;
* Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and general safety of all staff working in food preparation areas;
* Compliance with HACCP standards;

You will need:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with industry experience in fast-paced culinary environments;
* Professionalism and immaculate personal presentation in line with our company culture;
* Able to engage with our guests and provide exceptional customer service;
